Directions to Collins Park (Scotia, NY) 

Freedom Field (across from Jumpin Jacks Drive-In)

From the East:

  • Take New York State Thruway (I-90) to exit 25.
  • Take Interstate 890 West to exit 4c (Scotia/ Washington Ave).
  • Take a left at the light onto State Street. 
  • Continue on State St. crossing over Mohawk River bridge and take your first right onto Schonowee Rd.
  • The park and the playing field will be directly to your left.

From the West:

  • Take New York State Thruway (I-90) to exit 26.
  • Take Interstate 890 to exit 4b (Erie Blvd exit) .
  • Take a left at light onto State Street. 
  • Continue on State St. crossing over Mohawk River bridge and take your first right onto Schonowee Rd.
  • The park and the playing field will be directly to your left.

Parking: Please do not park at Jumpin Jacks as you will risk being ticketed and possibly towed. Continue on Schonowee Rd. past the park and turn left onto Kiwanis Way. Continue straight until you are near the beach front and turn left. Park anywhere and meet us near the green shed to check-in.

Lions Pavilion

From the East:

  • Take New York State Thruway (I-90) to exit 25.
  • Take Interstate 890 West to exit 4c (Scotia/ Washington Ave).
  • Take a left at the light onto State Street. 
  • Continue on State St. crossing over Mohawk River bridge and take your first right onto Schonowee Rd.
  • Turn left onto Kiwanis Way
  • The parking lot for Lions Pavilion is located on your right.

From the West:

  • Take New York State Thruway (I-90) to exit 26.
  • Take Interstate 890 to exit 4b (Erie Blvd exit) .
  • Take a left at light onto State Street. 
  • Continue on State St. crossing over Mohawk River bridge and take your first right onto Schonowee Rd.
  • Turn left onto Kiwanis Way
  • The parking lot for Lions Pavilion is located on your right.

Parking:

You may park in the Lions Pavilion parking lot. If there is no more parking space, continue down Kiwanis Way and there is an overflow parking lot on the left.

If both lots are full, follow Kiwanis Way past the baseball fields and park near the beach (this is a 2/10 mile walk to the field).
